Pop Power Orchestra

The Pop Power Orchestra’s mission is to bring a new live music experience.

The epic sound of the 20-piece Pop Power Orchestra (PPO) is unique in the UK - an immensely versatile, diverse, and talented rock/funk/swing rhythm section drives an awesome thirteen-piece brass section, featuring the UK’s top players of all ages and an array of dynamic vocalists.

The repertoire consists of new arrangements of classic rock, pop and film themes, many have either never been performed live, or are rarely heard.

From writers and original artists as diverse as Queen, Steely Dan, Yes, John Barry, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Genesis, and even a new interpretation of a Cole Porter classic. You’ll hear an eclectic mix of great works, all given the PPO makeover. Many arrangements are completely new, others take the original and add the PPO pizazz!
