The Coffee House at The Apex

The Coffee House is a family-friendly café located on the ground floor of The Apex.

Serving locally roasted coffee, fairtrade teas, freshly baked pastries, seasonal salads and artisan sandwiches with fabulous produce by some of Suffolk’s best independent makers.

Located on our ground floor, with seating inside the foyer and outside, we serve freshly made light refreshments daily from our on-site kitchen. The Coffee House is ideally situated in the arc Shopping Centre and the perfect place to meet friends for an informal lunch with an abundance of natural light and Wi-Fi availability.

Our sustainable ‘farm to table’ ethos underpins everything that we do. Our menu and specials offer a tasty selection of sustainably sourced meat, fish and seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes using mostly local produce combined with international flavours. We have a selection of beers and wines from local brewery Greene King and our coffee is supplied by local coffee roasters, Crude Drinks.

Beat the winter blues with our Winter Warmer café menu!

From Tuesday 14 January to Saturday 22 February, escape the winter chill and join us for a cosy, affordable lunch at The Apex (Monday to Friday, 10am until 3pm). Just £7.95 per person, which includes three courses and a hot drink!

Set taster menu:

soup of the day – a hearty bowl of freshly prepared soup
sandwich – choose from ham, cheese or egg
pudding of the day – a sweet treat to round off your meal
beverage – choice of one cup of filter coffee or tea.
