Exhibition - Contemporary East Anglian Landscapes, Abstract Paintings and High Quality Prints

Artist’s  statement:

‘’All my work begins with a moment observed, suspended in my mind’s eye and later brought to fruition by the physical act of manipulating paint onto canvas or board and exploring all the tools, at my disposal, that facilitate that process.

Some pieces don’t make it to the end and become a “worked” surface to begin the next piece…..it’s all a valid and an extremely motivating process that drives me on.

Landscape and Abstract works have a synergy where one feeds the other in the process of exploring markmaking.’’ - Bryan Trueman

Opening hours:

Mondays to Saturdays: 10am-3pm and Sundays: 10.30am-3pm

Occasionally, the Art Gallery is closed to the public. If you are travelling specifically to see an exhibition, please call the Box Office on 01284 758000 before your visit.

The Apex Gallery is situated on the first floor. Drinks bought from the cafe in the foyer can be taken upstairs, so feel free to relax on the sofas with a drink and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
