Each platter is designed to be enjoyed alone or shared with friends. Our four different platters cater for all tastes and can be pre-ordered now. Each platter is £21.50 and includes a choice of a small glass of wine, beer or soft drink which can be chosen on the night. From the Vegetable Patch A mixture of Mediterranean inspired grilled vegetables. Enjoy alongside a roasted aubergine salad and chargrilled artichokes. Served with hummus, olives and sourdough. From the Curing House Experience our selection of cured meats. Stuffed peppers, chargrilled artichokes and olives are best enjoyed with our rich tomato chutney dip. Crisp bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is the finishing touch to this platter. From the Sea This platter is for the adventurer. With a variety of freshly smoked fish, you will be transported to alongside the sea. Accompanied by bread, potted shrimps, pickled cucumbers and caper berries, watercress salad and horseradish sauce. From the Orchard One for the savoury lovers. A choice of carefully hand selected crackers and cheeses including; Stilton, Brie and a Mature Cheddar. A beautifully sweet plum chutney is the secret ingredient to this board, pairing perfectly. You will be asked to enter in any dietary requirements as part of the booking path. Should you not have any requirements simply enter 'none'. Your email address and contact telephone number will be shared with Seasoned, our catering partners, in order to facilitate any dietary requirements you may have. The descriptions above are a sample of what will be available on our platters, due to seasonality and supplier availability. Table seating arrangements will be set according to the number of platters booked per individual.
