Postnatal Yoga

From 6 weeks post birth, come along with your beautiful baby and learn to gently help bring your body back from pregnancy.

Core and back strength, upper body strength and lovely opening poses for hips and shoulders. Breathing and relaxation techniques plus advice on complementary therapies, nutrition and the chance to meet other new mums!

Due to large events taking place at The Apex, there will be no classes on 2 October or 13 November - please contact Carole on the above number as these classes will be held at The Self Centre. There will be no classes on 9 October.
