Event details

Four of the music industry’s hottest up and coming indie/alternative bands, all on the same night, here at The Apex!

Utilising our industry contacts, we’ve done the research, so you don’t have to, and put this stella line-up of emerging talent together for you. All you have to do, is come along and check out the bands the music industry execs and music press are tipping for the future.

Don’t miss this opportunity to witness what could be the next Arctic Monkeys, Blossoms or Libertines in the early phase of their careers.

Keep all four bands on your radar and don’t tell us we didn’t tell you! Tickets will be selling quickly for this one, so we highly recommend booking in advance.

Jaded Teeth
Taking influence from artists like Big Thief, Bella White and Neil Young, lyricist and singer Indigo Spooner paired with guitarist and composer Jack Stanton resulting in a rich guitar led soundscape which touches on elements of indie-folk and country, topped with the heartfelt vocal delivery and beautifully placed harmonies.

Chest
Fresh from a run of sold-out headline shows and early support from BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music, the five-piece channel the spiralling chaos of modern hyperconnectivity into a blistering, propulsive anthem. Recently the band worked with producer Thomas Coath (Sam Fender, Pale Waves). With echoes of Bloc Party, Everything Everything and Feeder shining through, Chest are a band to watch closely.

The Portland
The past twelve months has seen The Portland supporting the Stanleys on a sell-out tour, making their London debut and supporting The Hunna. Musically the band acknowledge an eclectic array of influences, including Pixies, Wunderhorse, Keo, The Clause and Foals. Filled with passion, energy, and authenticity, The Portland are a band that have to be witnessed live.

Ikarus
The Manchester based quartet have been hailed as ‘the future’ by BBC Introducing’s Angelle Joseph. The band have been growing a strong and loyal following in Manchester and the North-West and have performed at consecutive years of the Latitude Festival. Fans of Artic Monkeys will love this band!
